The Her Experience DMV will be held on Wednesday March 26th, 2025 through March 29th,2025.
All attendees should arrive to the Delta Hotels Virginia Beach Waterfront
2800 Shore Drive Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23451 , by 3 pm on Wednesday March 26th.
The Her Experience is set to kick off on Wednesday, March 29th 2025, at theDelta Hotels Virginia Beach Waterfront starting at 3 pm. The final event of the Her Experience will be The Her Awards held on Saturday March 29th at 7pm. Check out time from the hotel is at 11am.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable; no exceptions.
The dress code for the Her Experience can be found on our website under the Her Information tab titled “attire”.
With our Platinum VIP package you will access to all workshops and classes, the HerFashion Fashion show, the Pink Fire Empowerment Brunch, the Her Awards, (1) professional headshot photo, the Herprenuer journal and magazine, The Ultimate christian 12 month planner, the Herprenuer Experience T-shirt, and I Speak Her Bag.
Parking is $25 per day and on site at the Hotel
The deadline to purchase our Platinum VIP ticket is March 15, 2024, however tickets for the workshops and classes will remain available for purchase. We encourage you to take advantage of our early bird special which ends January 1, 2025.
Our $199.00 early bird ticket gives you access to ALL Main State Sessions,All Workshops , The Her Cave Experience and A Copy of The Herprenuer Magazine plus Bring a Friend At No Cost.

Yes, networking is encouraged however, if you desire to sale products and services we invite you to purchase one of our vendor tables. Visit the vendors section of our website for additional information.
Hotel accommodations are available at the Delta Hotels Virginia Beach Waterfront
2800 Shore Drive Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23451 however, booking your stay with the Hyatt is optional. All attendees are responsible for booking their stay. Hotel accommodation details can be found under “Her Information” on our website.

IT’S JUST ME this is a SINGLE KING SIZE GULFVIEW ROOM.
Transportation from the airport to the resort is included. BUT, don’t forget to Trip your Driver. Onsite transportation is not included as everything is walking distance.
STRONGher Mini Bootcamp. (Low-to-Moderate Intensity)
This mini bootcamp combines a variety of body- weight exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscles. The workout will be led as an interval or circuit (half cardio/ half strength) to ensure a complete total body workout.
Please bring a towel and/or exercise mat.
Appropriate tennis shoe (no open toe or heal shoes, sandals, flip flops, work boots, dance slippers, aquatic shoes, dress shoes, high heel tennis shoes, loafers, or cleats.
Appropriate exercise attire (please refrain from wearing jeans, zippers, belts, snaps, chains, buckle, or other materials on clothing that may be unsafe to exercise).
